hello

i really frusratated.. yes no dout they have great stuff.. support is poor and they dont know how to behave with customers..

now they are not providing replays at all .. no phone nos or address on site.. just a helpdesk tickets.. in which they are not answering...

ok the porblem starts when.. i start few templates.. but i hvae very slower connection.. just 6KB and they have lots lots stuff so i purchased a faster conneciton .. 256kbps and downloaded 1.5 gb data from their site in 2 days.. [i dont konw and i think they dont have specified also how much data should be downloaded in a day]

they suspended my account.. when i start submitting replays.. they first say

"you have trigger our system and frequancy of downloads somehting something.."

"tell me the usage of stuff and hwere you used " [ see you have to show your work everytime to boxed art to confirm than you can show it to your client]"

that time i just started and havent used any stuff from them soo.. so they suddenly limited my account to 3 download daily only...

they told me that " you are not able to show stuff how you used so we are limitting downloads" [huh!]

than as i need i show them two designs.. which are same as they asked but no than no replay from them.. how are they designs

its almost 10 days passed..

tell me what should i do...

also they dont have live chat and we cant track their phone .. their who is also private.. no way to reach them...

How were you downloading the material?

If you were using a downloading program or accelerator then it's against their TOS.

If he has subscribed and PAID for what he is downloading then I see no reason why he shouldn't use a download manager to his convinience.

yes i know this.. i have asked this in pre sales questions.. i was totally aware of it.. but they are not replaying properly, what problem they have i dont know.. if anybudy has doubt about my subscription i can show screenshots of help desk tickets
