It was expensive to register (almost $200) because it was an expiring domain, but regular renewal fee is $35.

I agree that this is worth the shot, given the popularity of Bourbon St. You could set up some kind of Jazz site or info about Bourbon St. and its shops, restaurants, jazz clubs, bars, etc.

.st = São Tomé and Príncipe. There's a Wikipedia article on it, but I'm not sure I'm allowed to post the link.

It's an Island Nation off of New Guinea.

And in this specific case, .st is at least 100X better fit than .me or .cc IF this is developed into a site about Bourbon Street, which would be the appropriate use.

I think .me & .cc are way more advanced than .st... not many sales in that TLD because there is no market really.
