just transfer the name to namepros.com, if they dont accept then contact and ask your registrar to drop it tell them you registered it unintentionally and didnt knew that it was trademark.

always google search any domain name before buying it. to confirm that there is no trademark of any name you purchase.

Read namepros.com regularly for all the info about domains, which ones to purchase, and from what you need to stay away.

If you really bought the name - ie. Somebody else had registered it, and you paid good money for the name, then you've got a problem. If you just registered it as part of a promotion, and you only paid a few cents for it, then you can either do nothing and let it expire, or redirect it straight to this site.

I too often register the non-generic name of a multi-million dollar forum that I'm a member of (in another extension), then show up on their turf and announce it like idgaf.

About a year ago I purchased a lot of around 40 names from someone here. One of the names was namebio.net... I use namebio.com daily and have had some good conversations in the past with its owners. I contacted namebio.com and told them I own the .net, told them it was acquired in a lot buy, told them I wanted to give them the name, transferred the name to them and they rewarded me with 1 month of free ad space on namebio.com. Pretty good deal imo.
