Hi,

I've bought a domain a while ago - via sed0. So i purchased the domain, transfered the money and started the domain transfer process - no reaction as yet. The domain is currently hosted at g0daddy.
The domain is important for me.

What could i do now?

Sedo normally doesn't chase after what you don't chase after. Contact them via email address listed in the emails you received from them to-date (normally either [email protected] or [email protected]), IF YOU HAVE HEARD BACK NOTHING IN 10 DAYS (otherwise, before then, likely to just get a reply that they have contacted seller again). In the email, state how long you have waited. They usually will try pushing seller to transfer, and if you request a refund after the 10 days (albeit, I take it you won't as you said domain is important), they will do so in a few days. Also, make sure to give them your Godaddy.com customer ID# and Godaddy.com email (will be a problem if not same as Sedo email..they will push only to Sedo-listed one). If you don't give them this info (your email may be the same at both Godaddy and Sedo, but Sedo also needs your Godaddy customer #), and buyer pushes name to Sedo, they sometimes take it upon themselves to just create another Godaddy account using your Sedo-listed email addy and email you login details; hence, leaving domain where you'd have to push from one Godaddy account to your current one (if you already have one).

Also, always remember that alot of sellers don't sell domains often...so, unless it has been all that long (remember AT LEAST the 10 days), and you are in that much of a rush, just be patient :]

Thanks for the info, thats very helpful. I have no account at goddady, the seller has. I guess i have to wait a few days more, i have to train myself in patience. It wouldn't be the first time, that something like this happens.
