w/some customization, etc.

Traffic:
averaging over 10k uniques/month
averaging 8-12G of diskspace/mo
Traffic 1 - monthly stats
Traffic 2 - referrers
Revenue:
not really getting much rev, literally only a couple bucks a month ... but i'm sure with some marketing and better ad placement, monetization, etc it will sure to increase dramatically!
Reason for selling:
Our company is really focusing more on local projects. And we are clearing out some of the sites that really have potential, but i know that we simply dont have the time and resources to put into it ... in short, our business is just simply going in a slightly different direction and we are moving a few of our sites.
