winecent.com

which is good and worth for holding?

I can't see much value in the other two, but boozecafe.com might be a good domain for a related blog but that's all I can see it doing personally.

I see the potential for an ecommerce development but it's not a strong brand name in my own opinion.

My advise would be to seek out bloggers in the alchohol/beverage market and see if they'd like it (perhaps even the other ones, but to wine bloggers).

Don't expect much for them. Low to mid $xx as they are on a good day with the right end-user, but as I've said to someone else if an end-user see's value in the domain themselves then you might get more if they really like it for branding purposes, as an example.
