I like it. With uber eats and lyft maybe getting into the food delivery space, going beyond into a booze delivery app is foreseeable. Most of the time people drinking will pay a lot for delivery, as they don't want to drive.
I could also see a social app showing local popular drinking spots.
But brokering a name like that would be a tough one.
I agree with those who say finding a buyer could prove tricky, but definitely doable if you put the work in and think outside the box a bit. It's a single word with a clear meaning after all.
PS edit: Although GoValue says it is worth $24k and apparently weed(.)com that I would regard as somewhat similar sold for more than $25k (anyone know the exact price?)
I use a dail-a-bottle type of service in my city and their domain also includes "booze"....probably the perfect name for an app just for liquor/wine/spirits/beer delivery.
I'd say that it's probably worth $45k+ retail...with the upper limit being about $160k...top name for a killer app/online business in that niche.
