domain BootyChest.com..Pirate or Adult? You decide!

When the movie "Pirates of the Caribbean" came out, I looked for pirate themed domains and found that BootyChest.com was available. I parked at it at Sedo and of course, it resolved as an adult page, (not my original intention).

I'm not interested in developing adult domains, so figure I'll probably try and sell it. Any thoughts from NPers about potential use or resale value?
