Boost Traffic?

I was just wondering if there is a reliable and reputable service that brings targeted traffic to your website. And if so, is it worth using? What kind of experiences have you all had, if you've tried it?

The two (insofar as SEO) that come to mind right off the bat are Google™ Adwords and Overture ... I have no experience with using either of them, but may very well soon. :talk:

I've used Adwords before, with mixed success..

Be sure to pick out the correct keywords, or else it can be a costly affair!
And it depends a lot on the keywords you are targeting, and your budget...
Some keywords costs a LOT pr click....
