They average 1 new registration every .9 seconds, give daily cash bonuses to customer care reps that sell the most, he sold his first business (name not mentioned) for 65M, lost half the 65M in a divorce, almost went broke (down to 6M) getting GD to profitability

I thought it was pretty interesting. I never watch Niteline, but my girlfriend yelled "godaddy!" while watching tv so I checked it out. Bob isn't anything like what I expected that's for sure.

That company was Parsons Technology (makers of MoneyCounts software) which was sold to Intuit (SEC filing for the sale)...

Nightline is a long established News program on the ABC network in the United States. It's been aired since the 1980s (IIRC) and the host (for the longest time) was Ted Koppel.

It was originally considered pretty much the reference investigative news show on broadcast TV.

Ted Koppel is now with the BBC .... again, IIRC.
