Hi James, not 100% sure what you mean :)

The auction will end 48 hours after the final bid.

Your $190 bid was placed approximately 4 hours ago, so if nobody else bids within 44 hours (48 - 4), you're the winner. Of course, as mentioned in the first post, the auction can also end whenever someone decides to buy BNZU.com at the BIN price, which is currently $245.

Hope it helps.

A bid in this thread is legally binding, so whoever wins has to pay. In our case, if you'll be the winner, you'll be responsible for the payment.

If you have a client then sure, no problem at all but you're the person who is responsible for what happens next:

1) if the client ends up paying you, great

2) if the client backs out, you're still responsible for making the payment since again, bids are legally binding

The bottom line is this: the winner of this auction is legally obligated to buy the domain no matter what and the same way, I'm legally obligated to give the domain to the winner of this auction. None of the parties is allowed to change his/her mind.

Hope this clarifies things.

Yes sure but clarify the payment time, after the auction ends in how much time I can pay.
I can in a week
