I think its a decent buy.I like it for the fact that it has one use that really stands out.BMX University.Either develop it or shop around for the right enduser.Would make a great BMX site. For a BMX camp ,BMX park,training school,forum,Or just a mega BMX site with all stuff related to BMX,GL.
