Blueyonder is Getting Faster!

Great news if you're in the UK and are getting your internet from blueyonder!

The UK's speeds are getting faster and faster, and cheaper too. I first signed up to the basic package at 256k, and enjoyed the speed then. It has been bumped up to 512, and now it'll be 2MB!

their fastest speed will become 2meg. Their upload speeds are still a bit loaw in comparison to the download speed.

I personally don't use blueyonder anymore had too many problems with them when I moved house (had been with them for about 5 years, in fact since broadband came to dundee then when I moved they treated me like crap).

Personally, I've had no troubles with blueyonder and tech support was second-to-none.

2MEG is the slowest speed they'll offer, but most other ISPs have already bumped up the speed. They've probaly now got the resourses to do this since they merged with NTL.

It's amazing, I agree, how fast broadband speeds in the UK have risen

Unfortunatly, because of how far I live away from my local telephone exchange I can only get 512 kb/s But it seem adiquate enough for my needs

All these big companies have to keep up with the standard tho, because if some other big company offers somone faster broadband at the price they are currently paying, people are bound to change providers

a friend of mine is using blueyonder and his cable connection has long been bumped up to 2 MB. great, i guess but I did notice he keeps timing out that's a bit sad

its £30 for unlimited time on a 8mb connect

no blueyonder has a 10 meg line now which is faster obviously than bulldog's fastest. They also have no limits

I wunder why the service in the UK is improoving so much. In the US they can only have up to 3mbps Broadband, we can get up to 8mbps ... then Japan and Korea have 50mbps!!

Then again, Im not complaining... Im in the UK
