Blue Reputation Boxes

I know when you get a positive reputation and negative reputation it shows as either green or red in User CP. What does it mean when it is blue?

The reason for the blue grey box is that it means the individual who left it doesn't have enough posts here. It shows up, but doesn't affect your rating.
