I want to sell this domain if I don't develop it. I just one it in an auction after it expired. What do you guys think it's worth as is?

If you want to keep it, develop it. Because as a bare domain, it's essentially worthless. This is definitely one of those brandable domains, and a mediocre one at that.

Well, it's a term people use. Google "blog tease". Also, it has it's own spot in urban dictionary.

Well that explains it lol. Guess we have to research it ourselves. Looks like 25k for "blog tease". in quotes. Nobody wants it in .net .org .info .biz .us Unless its got traffic its a regfee to me

25,600 is not a lot, and if you have a look, a lot of the results are not really "Blog Tease"

The name is ok but there are alternative similar names avail. to reg.
