Not the kind of names i would register in a new unproven extension such as .asia. Very high risk.

Well that depends what we consider as risk.

For a few bucks I think I am not taking too much risk with the purchase, but I get and understand your point.

Thanks for the comment ) Was thinking about developing a Blog search engine for www.BlogFinder.asia and something like... a ranking site for www.topblog.asia and hoping this produce enough traffic to make Adsense worthed a bit per month, not sure if I am going to be able or not but looked viable idea.

Will appreciate more opinions if there's anyone out there wanting to share them.

I can't see that these have much value unless the .asia extension takes off, so if you want to make a profit on the domains alone I think they're a gamble in that regard. I'm new to domains - plus everyone is new to .asia - so take that into account.

As inquirer said they could be ok if you develop them. Maybe you could make a directory of asian country specific blogs? eg topblog.asia/india-blogs

Yes I am aware that until the .asia market take off this is going to be rough, but I see potential on those names IF .asia grow as I think it will.

Dont want to start a war here about if .asia are going to be a boom or not, but in my opinion they are going to be the third or second most important TLD in a few years (again, dont flame me for this, my opinion is as respectable as yours), that is becouse i proceeded to the purchase of some .asia that I found interesting.

Besides opinions and points of view, yeah I was thinking about developing those as you pointed, oddjob, and lets see what the future have for them.

I developed BlogFinder.asia a little bit and would like to hear opinions, I added a customized search box focused on blogs and a YouTube Blog related video window, all spiced with AdSense here and there.
