There will be numerous awards available for blogs as they become more mainstream and I would think this could be developed as either a reference site to all of those awards and how to qualify/win them or you could go all out and create your own award. I would say low $x,xxx. I wouldn't go much higher because it will take some significant promotional effort to make it happen.
