Can you provide the needed information for wildcard support for standard Linux hosting?

Also, is the script encrypted? I like what I see very much, but I would like to be able to change it if needed.

And are you interested in selling any review copies? :)

Thanks!

Hello,

The script is not encrypted, meaning you can modify everything so it fits your needs. Wildcard support is easily done. You simply need to have your hosting company add the following line to your httpd.conf

ServerAlias *.yourdomain.com

next to your default records and you are set. A simple apache restart does the magic then. Some controlpanels even allow you to add it yourself (Directadmin for example). It's no big deal for hosting companies to add such a record.

The current pricing is already USD 100 less than normal, and since there is a online demo, reviews won't benefit us much (especially as we are known to deliver solid solutions).

Thank you for your comments and interest in our products!

Thank you, but changing the httpd.conf for a shared hosting account may not be easy if the host does not want to cooperate. Can you provide instructions for changing the DNS to include a wildcard, and will that work with your system?

You will need a DNS wildcard entry anyways which looks like:

*.domain.com CNAME domain.com

If you are unsure if this works for you, simply let me know what web host you are with and I can check with them if there will be any issues. Normally there is no issue - even hostgator enables wildcards within minutes (via live chat).

You can test if your wildcards work without our script. Simply add the record above and if anything.yourdomain.com resolves on your main page, everything is fine. Wildcard entries etc are no big deal these days (luckily)

Saw the demo for sale at SP. Looks pretty cool for the adsense sharing feature. What are the possible ways for us admins to earn? Is there a feature to add our own adsense?

Hello,

the idea is that the webmaster (you) and the posters who create a blog share the adsense earnings. That said, you will get 50% to your adsense account and the users will get 50% on their own account. They basically just enter their adsense ID (if they wish) and receive 50% impressions. If they don't enter their code, you receive the full amounts.
