Hello everyone!

I am looking for a price range for the domain name: blackmarket.tw

History on the domain (Only what I know of it)(Oldest to newest):
It was doing nothing when it was created.
Then it was a black hat market that sold CC's, Fake ID's, Botnets, etc. ()
Then it was a forum that was fairly popular (15,000 - 18,000 members) that lasted for 12 months (Ish).
And since then, I've owned it and it's been doing nothing.

So, let me know what you think the domain name is worth please.

I don't think there is a market for .tw domains really.
Also, the domain is potentially sensitive: you say it has a loaded history and it's evidently geared toward the commerce of illegal stuff... perhaps the best you can do is try to monetize the residual traffic if any.
I think there is a Taiwanese domain forum, it's domain.tw if I remember well. Perhaps you'll get more insight from Taiwanese domainers there.
