Black hat registry types

one of these registry repair pro software merchants installed their software on my comupter about a month ago -- "free movies" and all. i have made several requests for them to remove it, but to no avail. also i have been unable to uninstall it myself because when i try, i get an "access is denied" message. it seems that i don't have the proper "premission" to make that removal action, newbie that i am.

could someone tell me how i can get around this error message and kick these bums to the curb? thanks

No idea, but I would do some searches in Google for the software you installed or the company name or web site. You should find some information by others that will help you. If not I would contact some companies that make software that removes junk from computers and see if they can help.

And it would help others if you published what the software is and where you got it. It will help others to avoid this kind of problem...! Thanks!

Download Malwarebytes (Google it) that should get rid of any rouge antispyware.

Get yourself a virus scanner too that will block this from happening again.
