.us .biz vs .us for real estate names?

I am currently looking at a couple of names where only the .biz and .us extensions are left in the following format:

Example: newyorkproperty.biz vs newyorkproperty.us

Which seems more reputable and would have a higher value on the wholesale/retail market? Thanks in advance!

I'll chime in at .us as well. After all, the property is (assumed) to be located in the US so the TLD fits. If it were my and I was developing, I'd pick up the .biz as well since they only cost $5-6 now.

.biz rarely wins out in extension comparisons, I've found. .us isn't the best, but in this situation it seems appropriate...
