not too long ago i purchased a .biz with the intentions of putting up a blog relevant to the 'bailouts'. however i'm moving now and dont have time / resources to host the site.

i am curious about how the rates are for .biz domains still

For whatever reasons, .biz domains are unpopular with domainers so your only real option is to approach end users. Unless it is a real stunner.
You could always post it in the "for sale: offers" section just to give it a go.

main reason i ask is a couple of weeks ago someone called me from E Dynamo inquiring about my intentions with the domain and if i was interested in their services.

--i dont even have a site on it yet.

initially he introduced himself as a representative of edynamo (i had just woken up) and followed with 'we found your domain on a generated list at our company' 'what are you going to do with the website - any plans?' 'we have service bundles if you are interested'

i am not immediately sure but think this was an offer for parking?
the statements i got above was when i called the rep back re: voicemail

i should note
because i didnt exactly know how to digest the situation (and still dont really).. i abruptly told the rep that i had plans for the site already and that i was 'good'.


for this reason i still dont know what to make of the call from edynamo or even how actual marketable a .biz can be.
