BitDefender Auto-Renewal (Unwanted)

Anyone else here getting notices from DigitalRiver.com about auto-renewals for previous orders by credit card?

When I ordered BitDefender Anti-virus a year ago, I don't recall seeing anything about subscribing to an auto renewal. Tried to cancel it, but the form wouldn't recognize my order number even though it was the one they sent in the renewal notice.

Would like to know how anyone else has dealt with this, or if anyone can point out where the auto-renewal clause is located.

Get in contact with digital river, the part"the form wouldn't recognize my order number even though it was the one they sent in the renewal notice" is worrying me a bit, could be a fishing mail?

It took a couple of e-mails, but Digital River unsubscribed me. I still don't know where I agreed to allow them to auto-renew my license.
