The birdflu one isn't bad...you almost have to hope it becomes an outbreak though hehe

Not sure what you could do with it other than sell it to a company that comes up with a vaccine or something..
Hard to estimate...In the meantime i'd set up a map and some info on it, like "tracking the flu" etc. and throw google ads up there.
