Hello All,

If, God forbid, this birdflu turns into a pandemic, it will lead to a massive cull in domestic fowl.
As it is, I would sell all my shares in the chicken industry and if I were a turkey - I'd fancy my chances.
Most of the birdflu names seem to have gone, but there may still be some mileage to be had.
Anyone have any relevant names?
chickenscare.com...turkeyscare.com...are still avail.

Good luck with any finds.

BirdFlu.de and AvianFlu.de dropped earlier this year,so I picked them both up.I'm not sure how good they are considering they're English words in a German extension, but they have been getting some views at Sedo lately.

Hey Oblivion, how come you already have Google Ads aproved, up and running?
Using the same account on several sites?
Yes... I never knew I needed to open a new AdSense account for each site O_o.

I am sure Bird Flu (English version) is just as well known in Germany particulary now it has been discovered in neighbouring countries - both names are winners JMO

Wrong!
The Following is a quote from TOS for Adsense
Google TOS said:
The code on the Ad layout code and Search code pages is valid for any page in any site on which you want to display Google ads. Simply add the code to your page source, and we'll automatically detect the new site and display relevant ads.
Please note that there is no need to open additional accounts or to notify us when you have placed the ad code or search code on a new site.

Don't envy the turkeys...
Their choice is between:

1. Get killed, sold, staffed, roasted and enjoyed with good gravy. Happy Thanksgiving.

OR

2. Get killed, sparyed with gasoline and burned in a mass grave. Get well soon.

Thanks for that, I was certain that's the way it worked, since it would get stupid if I needed to make a new account for every site O_o And some would probably never reach payout :o.

Hey, hey. Wrong what? Take a second look on my post!
I just made a question. I know the TOS very well.

The problem is this: Google considers domain promotion techniques as SE spam and thus you can seriously put your AdSense account in risk using it on domain promotion sites.

That's why I asked. It's just a question about your strategy. Not about if it's ok or not.

dahhh?

Last time I checked it is called "Bird Flu" and not "Chicken Flu", what makes turkeys so immune to it, they are birds. Its found in practically all poultry and geese are said to be the main carriers which are spreading the disease.

.....chicken is the staple meat diet of the majority of people in the U.K., simply because it's cheap. People will be scared to eat chicken if Blair orders a cull. The Govt. will declare that in general, chicken is safe to eat, (and it probably will be) but that wont satisfy many. It didn't when we had a BSB scare a few years ago. The Govt. then declared that eating beef was safe - however sales dropped dramatically, with many farmers going out of business.

As for turkeys, it is a traditional British meat at Christmas. Again, people may be scared to chance it.

As many of the other fads in the dn industry, I just don't see this one carrying very far unless you have a prime name such as BirdFlu.com and so on.

I'm definately with you on this one..stop wasting your money one useless domain names, the entire birdflu thing is totally blown out of proportion anyways. Unless you own birdflue.com, move on and find something better to invest in!

I think the majority of us would agree. Interesting, but I didn't even think of this in the light of profiteering as I did 911, the Tsunami, the Earthquakes, Hurricanes and other recent disasters. A pandemic is something that has global impact and can effect anyone of us. It might happen but, it hasn't happenned yet, so I see the domain names and the sites that are spawned from them as being beneficial and as an aidi in the preparation and prevention of a potential disaster, and not as a means of capitalizing on a disaster that has already occurred.

......in that case...bringoutyourdead.info is still available...
