General Information:
The web is maintained by the unique redaction system wich is part of the web and due to it it´s easily maintained. The point of the web is to create virtual marketplace (in the market branch of outdoor billboards) where will be posted ad offers from the all world. The website is in english and currently not making profit - that´s the reason for sell. I haven´t got enough funds for proper marketing and that´s why the web is not attractive for ad banner place buyers. But if is somebody who sees potential or who is more expirienced he should make the web "working".
But even with pure marketing ( Adwords campaign for a while and few catalogues subscription) there are customers using the web, they mostly come from USA, CAN, EU and China. The domain name "billboardtrade.com" is also included with the website sell.

I strongly suggest you post this on SitePoint as you will get a lot more potential buyers there...

The script is uniqe - better said "invented" by the company wich produced this web, but i´ve rights just to sell it with this website, not itself or so. They use the platform/script to their another projects maybe.
