Big problem with webpage...

i changed hosts, from my isp to a hosting company, when i uploaded everything, the background and none of the fonts work?

heres my page http://www.whitersmile.com.au/

and this is my old page, still hosted by my isp, and what it should look like
http://users.on.net/~FryFamily/

it should have a blue background, and smaller neater font etc. colors
but none of this has come up

any ideas why?
