Big Nuts Racing - First Draft

Well here is the first draft of Big Nuts Racing...I really hope someone has some suggestions as this is becoming quite the downer for me.

I am really trying to achieve an exciting and unique design, however, am left with no creative ideas at all.

Any help is appreciated!

Looks very nice! Colors seem to blend in very well with each other and doesn't hurt the eyes. I love how you did the banner, I think that adds a nice touch. The only thing I would recommend is to change the New Posts/Old Posts buttons and the smilies.

Thanks for taking a look...sorry I should have mentioned that all buttons, icons, and smilies will be custom to go with the look of the site

Thanks a lot...for whatever reason I am just not happy with it...it looks bland and quite frankly not exciting or unique. Grrrr I have lost all creativeness.
