What sells:

Exact match domains with the .com extension. CreditCards .com PhoneRepair .com etc

Any domain even gji7-refn.anything that is ranked high in organic search for a keyword that gets many searches a month or is a keyword with a high cpc. As long as the reason for its ranking is legit, it will sell.

What doesn't sell:

What most people have that think is an SEO domain. CreditsCarding .com RepairsNowPhone .com

Names that have a lot of backlinks from spam etc.

A buyer will not care about your arguments to support the value of your name. Buyers know if what you have is junk or not. If you have the goods, all you have to do is post the name, nothing more.
