Best way to pull videos into site

For example, let's say I want videos about funny tv commercials embedded into a site I own.

What is the best way to setup code to put the videos in the site, randomly. And also to have it update by itself.

I don't care if it is from YouTube or another video site, just has to be a fair size to have better selection.

Anyone currently do this? I am having trouble finding examples.

You can simply pull them in via RSS feeds.. in fact, veoh.com is doing just that.. leeching off multiple sites to populate veoh.
