Best US states for online business

Hi, I would like some opinions on the best US states to start a one-man, online-only business. Factors include low taxes, business friendly laws, cost of living, quality of life, etc.

In particular, I would like to learn more about Texas and Colorado. If any of you are familiar with Austin/Houston/San Antonio or Denver, I would like to hear some thoughts on those cities.

Yeah, I've pretty much ruled out CA due to the costs of living and doing business in the state.
