Best Site For Tutorials...?

Guys, i'm really interested in starting to know more about adobe photoshop. Where is the best place (recomended) to learn about photoshop (as a professional)? Some kind of tutorials would be awsome. I'm more interested in logo making, nice-looking cartoons, and banner ads, not professional image editing to make images look more... you get the point. Thanks.

And while i'm on it with the questions, i'll add another one: I look through many topics at all the wonderfully done photoshop logos. I realized that on most of them, there is always a nice little picture/clipart to go with it. Like i noticed the mouseFX.com and they had very nice mice and things. Where do they find these clipart images and pictures?????!!!!! I would REALLY appceciate an answer to this as this seems to be the thing that attracts people the most in logo creating.

Yeah, good-tutorials is THE site for photoshop tutorials, but you can also check out www.pixel2life.com(lots more tutorials, but not pure photoshop) for some. Also some good art communities with lots of tutorials are deviantart.com and shadowness.com - they are mostly more advanced.

Oh! Don't you understand that you will not be really professional designer by tutroials?
Advice - Start design signatures, show them here. You will get advices for betterment. It's the best way to be a good designer.
