To tell you the truth I don't know any websites that offer .to domain extensions, this is actually the first time I see a discussion about such an extension.

Well I did happen to find this website http://www.domainit.com/ however it looks like there are some setup fees and stuff. You might want to check it out for yourself. Hope that helps you out a bit.

Hi, want to reg a .to, just go to http://www.tonic.to and the reg fee is $50 each year, first time registration must be 2 years, after that, you may renew it on one year basis.
If you reg for a longer term, there is a discount fee up to 50% off for one 100 years term :)
There are few limitations on .to, you may reg single letter .to without paying extra fee( of course they were all gone).
I have some nice .to domains for years, most of them are planning to be used for url redirection and email forwarding services, I have a new url redirection for blogger, http://blog.to, you may apply yourblog.blog.to for free now.

.to is the ccTLD for Tonga, of course. Not for a city like Toronto. That's like believing .la domains come from Los Angeles.

Yep, thats true Anthony. I remember before when some people thought that the .ca domain extension stands for 'California' when it really stood for Canada.
