Best place for SEO business partner?

Can anyone recommend how to find a business partner who is an expert in SEO? Cant' find any one spot to locate them. Reason I ask is my partner and I have an exciting web start up about to launch and we need to fill that void of SEO. Would love someone to come on for an equity stake and share in the profits of our business. We arent looking for a full time deal but someone who can give us 4-8 hours a week and can get us ranked and get some traffic.

Any recommendations?
