Best PHP coding program?

What program do you think is best to program php in? The best i have come across and use is PHP CODER PRO, anything better?

EditPlus is da bomb. My favorite because of both its simplicity and power.

I use zend studio

I like using Notepad but sometimes Dreamweaver comes in handy (it highlights and shows line number when debugging... I'm gonna get Zend Studio so it makes it in one app only... I like notepad because it's really fast to load

I actually use PSPad and then run EasyPHP in the background to "test" out my scripts
