Best photo album software?

Hi all. I did a search for this, but came up with nothing.

What is the best photo album software, in your opinion? (for generating HTML or Flash albums/galleries/etc.)

If you are looking for a PHP (Server based album software). Coppermine is the best (IMHO)

for desktop software to create HTML album, I usually use Gwenview (Free - but unix only)
