Best Netbook?

I was wondering if anyone knew anything about Netbooks?

I want to buy one for browsing the Net and Word Processing - my laptop is too heavy to carry around.

Does anyone know which netbooks are best - And have MS Word already installed?

I don't know of any with MS Word installed already.

I'd recommend the Asus models tho.

Honestly I have used my Acer Aspire ONE and I love the little guy....just enough muscle to do the things I wish.....and it's durable and cheaply priced!

I know at my country notebook sellers have installed microsoft office tools at their products. You can ask them if you want. Anyways, I recommend you to buy notebook at the top brands like lenovo, acer etc.

I had one of those as well.. can't say enough good things about them!

Have had an MSI Wind with a memory upgrade for a couple of years now and like it a lot. Instead of getting Word, I just use OpenOffice and have never had an issue.

The size and weight of a netbook is great but it can really strain your eyes if you spend hours working on it without taking breaks and looking around.

I didn't really have a budget - but I prefer to buy quality over something cheap.

I thought that netbooks would really drop in price now that tablets are coming out.

I am still trying to decide. I have a back injury and I wanted to buy something more portable (lightweight) than my MacBook Pro. It is quite heavy for being a laptop.

The Acers are really cheap. Where I work, you can sometimes buy them for less than $200.

The Samsung NC10 is amazing, though. I bought one for my wife on her birthday a couple years ago and it's a pink beast. That thing does what she needs it to do and it pretty durable, too.

I have a Dell VOSTRO, absolutely love it. It all depends on what you want though, I just want to check my mail etc, and it's great for that.
