This isn't the answer to the question you asked, but I'll reply, anyway, just like everyone else.

I use notepad++ for PHP right now. I've used netbeans for java before, and I liked it a lot. If it works just as well for php, I would go with that. It just takes some setting up which I am too lazy to do. Overall I have to say netbeans is my favorite IDE so far.

although there are so many ide but my favorite is quanta because it gas so many features it's tools, function are really works.

Good luck using it with a debugger etc.

At present the best IMHO is PHP Storm but every few years another IDE either ups its game or a new shinier IDE comes out. I used to use Zend Studio exclusively but now wouldn't touch it with a barge pole.
