Free Ones


For Beginners
Give Smf a Try It So Easy To Operate And Modding


For Medium Ones
Give Phpbb a Try If You Have Used Smf And Need More Security To Your Site


For Advance Ones
Give IPB1.3/1.2 A Try If You Want Features

Paid Ones

For Beginners & Medium Ones
You Must Try IPB 2.1 It is a Bit Of Expensive (180$) but it is so easy to mod , the admin panel and the installation process(3Steps) is as easy as a,b,c

For Advanced Users
For Advanced Users Who are Familiar To Php And Mysql and can fix bugs & errors on your site easily give a try to Vbulletin
I Know it is Difficult To Install (13Steps) And The Admin Panel Is Very Difficult Than IPB But it is not too much difficult than you think (even it is very easy to me )

If namepros went ipb, i would not "run away". I said nothing about running away, i only stated that i would not register at a website that was not running vbulletin.

I have yet to see a forum running anything other than vbulletin that is worth registering at. Every other forum i have seen seems very unprofessional and messy.

I also think you should stop making wild accusations.

i agree too
i think vb is perfect for company / support forums
and ipb is best for personal or fan site forums

The modules of vBulletin are more perfect then IPB.

We can compare Ushop vs IBSTORE(The author isint supporting it hahah )

I agree. vBulletin is overall better quality. IPB's advantage is it's former open-source style communities. As it was free, there are so many mods and hacks etc, however, with vBulletin.org, I'm now more for vB.
