Best DHTM menu system (does not have to free)

i would like to buy a menu system that works like this:

don't see the point in programming is my self as some else can a much better job that me!

but i would like a menu that can i can customize and have some parts of the menu populated for a data base so i need to be able to make the config files into php.

on some of the demo's i have seen the links some don't seem to be html links there seem to java script links. would this mean that google would not follow that links. needs to search engine friendly

also would nice to have a license so i can re-use the menu on different projects

cross browser compatibility is a must

Have you searched Google as you will prbaly get just that for free somewhere, try dynamic drive.

Ceck the one i added to my forums usavio.com/forums. Although it has been edited a bit to fit in the forum it does look ok.
