Best / Cheapest transfers?

Which register is considered reputable but still give a really good bargain rate for transfers? I have domains all over the place and some of them are coming up for renewal and I wanted to get out of it as cheap as possible but don't want to go to a "risky" register to do it.

Any help would be great.

namecheap and godaddy are fine for transfers, GD a little cheaper.

I've never had a problem with Namecheap transfers, even when there was problems with the transfers. Their system has always handled everything well for me.
