I have a few domains I want to sell. I am not really looking to develop them. I was wondering if anyone can give me a reasonable asking price for them.

1. BestAdobeTutorials.com
2. BestCS4Tutorials.com
3. UsedVolkswagonCars.com

I've had offers for 1,500$ and 1,750 For BestAdobeTutorials.com but I think that it is too low?

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

TM = Trade Mark

Yes it's a problem, they might file a law suite against you ='[

I have been reading the ICANN rules and it is my understanding that as long as the name is used "descriptively" that it is not a problem.

TM can be used as adjectives as long as it is serving the purpose that the domain name represents.

I looked at case studies that show this is supported in the courtroom as well.

Now, if I was to put up illicit content and not represent the domain name name it the actual function of the site then I may have problems.

Here is an example case where this logic was held up in court:
Beanies bargain site wins domain dispute - CNET News

Is this logic incorrect?

Adobe Trademark Guidelines

General trademark guidelines

You may use Adobe trademarks (but not logos or taglines) to identify Adobe products, services, and programs on packaging, promotional, and advertising materials, provided you adhere to the following guidelines:

1. You may not incorporate or include any Adobe trademark in your company name, product or service name, or domain name.

exactly!

"You may not incorporate or include any Adobe trademark in your company name, product or service name, or domain name"

Yes, but what a company says does not imply their actually rights. Companies by nature always overstate their legal boundaries.

Do a search and look at how many domain names are legally operating using Trade Marks as adjectives in their names.

Once again, I am not saying I am right and I am looking for answers, but Adobe's TM guidelines are not the definitive answer for what is legal or other wise.

Anyone else have thoughts either way?

Well the domain name in question holds (and will hold in the future) very little value, so why would you want to get into a potential legal battle with the Tm holder ?

Good advice is to stay away from trademarks.

Considering that you have TM company names in your domain, the companies may have the right to bring a law suite or a cease and desist against you if you develop the site. I would sell the domains to the highest bidder.

I don't encourage dealing in Tm domains so I suggest grace delete.

If that is true then I would sell it ASAP, or get it grace deleted as exsedo said.
I have honestly never ever thought about purchasing TM names personally.

Either way, good luck.
