A fair domain. However, finding a use with a buyer matters. People don't commonly start a bank, your best shot is selling it to a bank in Berlin, in my view (not convinced they care, to be honest)

If you got the sale, low thousands (because its a bank, that sum is nothing to them)...otherwise, again not convinced, sadly. Sorry

In some countries you can't call yourself "bank" without a banking license. It's very unlikely that a new bank would call themselves "Berlin Bank", even if they were based in Berlin. Nowadays they would pick a global name as the majority of banking is done online.
