I think the reason you aren't getting too many people participating is that this type of domain is really hard to appraise. It's a really good domain. The fact it's a language even fits into the few .info keywords that make sense for .info. But as you can see from the very data you posted the numbers vary quite a bit.

Most .info's are worthless .. but this one certainly isn't. At the end of the day it all depends on your end user. I see 2 type .. someone who wants to make a serious information site, where you could get the higher amounts .. but at the same time you're more likely to find someone who wants to make a hobby site on the language, in which case you're looking at a much lower price.

Maybe go look around for language information sites .. see if anyone has more than one for different languages .. if so then you might have found your end user!

I am no expert on this at all

But If I type in "Bengali" the wiki page for "Bengal" is first listed. And second listed is a Bengali wiki page that is only a links page and first mentions "Bengalee".

So very central, dot info. perhaps another spelling, only four prior sales of domains containing "Bengali". Leaves one to say hard to appraise/little liquid value Good Luck
