Beginner php question.

Hello.

Im planning to make webpage, where visitors can post their things that they want to sell or buy. (With user registering thing) I know how to design and make webpage, but dont know PHP or any other programming language exept html. (But i think that i need php and also some kind of database)
Can someone tell my how much would this kind of thing cost if i want to buy this kind of webpage makeing from other people?
I need that users can register, login, add and delete their ads.

I hope that You understand what i wrote. Difficult to explain.

Your best bet would to be taking a look on hotscripts for such a script. To get someone to code such a system could end up costing a few hundred $ at least (you may get it cheaper but all in all you get what you pay for).
