Wow, you could utilize this domain in so many different ways, as build can apply to almost everything. When I first saw it I thought of a constuction/real estate type site, but it could also be used as a site for building websites. Personally I think I would put it on the market for sale without a first, and see what the interest is. It is a fairly vague domain, but an end user might see it, and make a nice offer to you. That being said, if you don't receive a good offer I would develop it, as it has potential. The only reason I'm telling you to hold off on development, is because if a person wants it to build a constuction website, yet you have a domain site there, they may shy away. Best of luck!
