.info BEER.INFO - Expired in July 2007 and still registered?

I've noticed that a few .info domains expired almost a year ago, BEER.INFO being one of them - but yet they're still registered and never went through the drop process... does anyone have any idea why this is... are these domains ever going to delete??

From the creation date, 26-Jul-2001, it most likely is one of those great names registered with fake trademark rights during the sunrise period.

These names are just not being released, hopefully someday they will be.

This may have been one of Jeff Davies' names. Mr Davies registered a number of keywords +.info in order to claim them during sunrise if I recall correctly. Affilias still have them on hold 'rending reallocation'. Another example is USA.info
