.be transfer

I had some .be's registered with freebe.be during the free promotion.

My question is, which WELL KNOWN registrars can I transfer a .be name to and how much will it cost.

You need to pay attention, there may be 2 distinct procedures involved:
- transfer of registrar + transfer of ownership (TRADE procedure)
The cost is same as reg fee. Attention: remaining time will not be carried forward so the new expiration date will be transfer date + 1 year.

I usually use Belgian or French registrars. .be is cheap at OVH.com and you don't pay the VAT Roughly 6 euros/y. English interface available.

Hi, I transferred one domain, and found ovh.com is good.

But I did pay the VAT......... how to avoid paying the VAT (I am not French!!!)
