I don't think your ping would be too bad tbh, i join german servers, usa servers and never had a higher ping that 100, it's not great but doesn't cause any probs.. get BF2 anyway you don't know what your missing..lol

CoD1 one is way better than Cod2 for multiplayer in my opinion.
