Nice idea, and nice looking site, but I keep getting that error when I try to use the tool.

I decided not to have the crawler move via the 301 redirects. If you want to assess a url you need to enter the url.
If you are entering a url with no specific page it is bad practice to have an immediate 301 redirect to the content
